Event participation

By registering a vehicle or attending the Maple Cross Car Show, you agree to comply with all event rules, directions from organisers, and applicable laws.

Vehicle registration

Registration does not guarantee entry until confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to refuse entry to vehicles that do not meet show standards or safety requirements.

Fees and refunds

Entry fees are as stated at the time of registration. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if the event is cancelled or your registration is declined.

Liability

Attendees participate at their own risk. The organisers are not liable for loss, damage, or injury except where required by law.

Photography

Photography and filming may take place at the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed unless you notify us otherwise.
